Kate Morales - Dancer

 

Kate is a dancer, choreographer and writer based in Brooklyn. Notable projects include Jenny Koons' Odyssey Project (2012) EYES Burlesque (2013) and an ongoing residency with Sardine Gallery in Bushwick, Brooklyn. She is currently collaborating with choreographers Lara Gemmiti and Holly Heidt on works to be debuted in LIC's Greenspace and other venues. Her byline can be found in GLASS Quarterly and online at Broadway World and xoJane. She holds a BFA in Dance and Choreography from the California Institute of the Arts under the direction of Stephan Koplowitz where she performed works by renowned choreographers Susan Rethorst and Trisha Brown.
